Gordon Gray has over 30 years of career development experience. He was Director of Career Services at the University of Colorado at Boulder for 22 years. Previously he held the same position at George Washington University and The Catholic University of America both in Washington, DC.
After retirement from CU-Boulder, Gordon served as the Program Director for Career Services at the YWCA of Boulder County for eleven years. There he assisted over 2000 clients with their career planning and job seeking.
Gordon was honored by Boulder Business and Professional Women in 2010 as “Man of The Year” for his contribution to the career needs in Boulder. Gordon also received the “Rich Feller Award” in 2011 from his peers in the Colorado Career Development Association for his commitment to excellence in career development.

Gordon has volunteered as the facilitator of BoulderNet, a meetup group focused on increasing the skills, knowledge, motivation, and network of hundreds of local job seekers for six years.
Gordon holds a BA in psychology and a Master’s degree in public personnel administration from George Washington University.
